The largest town renewal project in the history of Purmerend. Six flats of 10 levels high with in sum 574 houses
from the early seventies will make place for in sum 590 apartments. The first two flats are demolished. The other flats will be demolished by the end of 2009. This will be done by Oudtzwanenburg BV.
